Questions people actually ask

01

Is this coaching or therapy?

Neither, and the distinction matters. Therapy works on what happened to you. Fireproof works on what you've built since — the structure you're holding up, and whether it deserves to stand. If you need clinical support, get clinical support. This is not a substitute for it and doesn't pretend to be.

02

Who is Fireproof for?

Women, roughly 35 to 55. Founders, executives, senior leaders, business owners. Usually mothers. High-capacity, still delivering, and privately closer to the edge than anyone around them realises. The common thread isn't a diagnosis — it's being the person everything routes through.

03

Who is it not for?

Anyone looking to be reassured. Anyone who wants a framework to optimise the load rather than question whether they should be carrying it. Anyone at the very start of their career — there isn't enough structure built yet to audit.

04

How much does it cost?

The Fireproof Audit is $27. The Fireproof Collective is $97 a month or $997 a year. The Trust is $333. Fireproof: The Reckoning is $3,333. Private one-to-one runs from $5,555 for three months to $22,222 for twelve. Every price is published because hiding them wastes everyone's time.

05

What is the Fireproof Audit?

A 21-question structural diagnostic. It scores you across three load-bearing patterns, names which of five structures you're actually running, and calculates what the unpaid work you absorb costs you per year in real money. It takes about eight minutes and it is not designed to make you feel good.

06

What's the difference between The Reckoning and private mentorship?

The Reckoning is thirty days, group-based, with a fixed structure — the fastest route to a decision. Private work is one-to-one over three, six or twelve months, built around your specific situation, and moves at whatever pace your life actually requires. Most women who need the second one already know it.

07

I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this?

Because most coaching for exhausted high performers treats the symptom. Rest more, delegate better, set boundaries. That advice assumes the problem is your habits. Usually the problem is that you are structurally load-bearing for things that were never built to sit on you, and no amount of better time-blocking changes that. Different diagnosis, different work.

08

How quickly does anything change?

The diagnosis changes immediately — most women can't unsee it once it's named. The structure takes longer, because you're renegotiating agreements with real people who benefit from the current arrangement. Anyone promising you a transformed life in thirty days is selling you something.

09

Do you work with men?

No.

10

Where are you based, and does that matter?

Scotland. It doesn't matter — the work is online and the clients are international. Prices are in US dollars for that reason.

Still deciding.

The cheapest way to find out where you actually stand is the Fireproof Audit, or read The Journal.
